What areas do you cover?
We provide cleaning services across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and surrounding areas. Transportation charges may apply for locations outside our standard service coverage. Please contact us with your location for confirmation.
What is the difference between Basic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Post-Renovation Cleaning?
Basic Cleaning
- Suitable for regularly maintained homes.
- Includes general dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and surface wiping.
- Does not include intensive stain removal, floor scrubbing, or detailed restoration work.
Deep Cleaning
- A more thorough cleaning service for homes that require extra attention.
- Includes detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, stubborn dirt removal, kitchen degreasing, bathroom descaling, and intensive cleaning of surfaces.
Post-Renovation Cleaning
- Includes deep cleaning works plus the removal of renovation-related dust and debris.
- Focuses on construction dust, paint splashes, cement residue, silicone marks, stickers, and other renovation-related contaminants.
- Floor scrubbing is highly recommended to achieve the best possible results.
In short, Post-Renovation Cleaning is a more intensive service that includes deep cleaning while addressing the additional challenges caused by renovation works.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or chemicals?
For Basic Cleaning, customers may either provide cleaning equipment and chemicals or request our team to bring them for an additional charge. For Deep Cleaning and Post-Renovation Cleaning, all necessary equipment and cleaning chemicals are included in the service.
How many cleaners will be assigned?
The number of cleaners assigned depends on the package selected, property size, and service type. We offer various team sizes, such as 2 cleaners, 3 cleaners, or larger teams for deep cleaning and post-renovation cleaning projects. If you're unsure, our team will be happy to recommend the most suitable package. Simply send us your property details, size, and photos or videos via WhatsApp.
Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee?
If any areas are found to have been missed by our team, please notify us within 24 hours after service completion. We will review the issue and arrange a touch-up visit where applicable. Transportation charges may apply depending on the location and circumstances of the revisit.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, as long as access arrangements have been made. However, we recommend being present during the final inspection.
